1. Silver Eyes: For an intense shimmer effect when out after dark, mix Cake Eyeliner Sealer with Loose Dust # 34 Silver and pat over the mobile lid. Pump up the shimmer and apply Loose Dust #33 Silver Glitter to the top lash line and Loose Dust #39 Techno Glitter along the lower lash line. For perfect peepers - don't forget mascara!

White Ribbon Day, November 25, marks the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
